Shipping Information

Local pickup

You can pick up your order from my studio in Richmond, or from my next available market date around inner Melbourne. If you select this option, leave a note with your order with your preferred day/time for pickup and I will get back to you with a confirmation.

Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packed for delivery.

  • Free shipping on all orders over AUD250.
  • Orders in Australia are charged a base shipping rate of AUD8.50. Unframed A5 prints, A4 prints and calendars are sent as letters and do not come with tracking.
  • If your order includes an A3 print, an additional AUD5 applies. Tracking is included.
  • Orders with A2 or A1 prints incur an additional AUD15. Tracking is included.
  • Framed prints incur an additional AUD10 per frame to accommodate the extra weight.
  • Framed A3, framed A2 and framed A1 prints cannot be shipped and must be picked up.
  • International orders are charged a base rate of AUD35 and include tracking. An additional AUD10 per frame applies.
  • Original art deliveries include tracking worldwide. Some larger original works may not qualify for shipping.
  • For delivery time estimates, please refer to the Australia Post website.
